Henderson, Nev. – The Henderson Fire Department received a call for an apartment on fire at 5:35 AM at 2312 N. Green Valley Parkway, the Crossings Apartments. The Crossings Apartments are located in the area of Green Valley Parkway and Warm Springs. The first fire department unit arrived on scene in approximately 5 minutes to find heavy fire showing from the bottom apartment, patio area extending to the above apartment patio area. A total of five engines, two truck companies, two paramedic rescues, and one chief officer from Henderson Fire responded along with second alarm units from Clark Co. Fire and a chief officer. A fire investigator from Henderson Fire and investigators from Henderson Police responded to process the scene. The Occupant of the other apartment was being relocated to another apartment at the Crossings by apartment management.
